Laurel Pines Christian Camp is located in the San Bernardino National Forest on 161 acres of beautiful wilderness.  Guests looking for adventure can enjoy tent camping, RV camping, swimming, mountain biking, hiking, basketball, volleyball, teatherball, horseshoes, archery, foos ball, ping pong, canoeing at nearby Big Bear Lake, or riding our zip line, and during the winter we also offer snowshoeing, tubing, sledding, or just plain making a snowman. We have 12 cabins in cabin circle at upper camp that can accomodate up to eight guests each. While at lower camp we have one larger cabin with two floors accomodating up to fifteen guests!

Click on the above picture to watch a slideshow video with music streamed from You Tube. The stills are all from campers and staff from this past amazing summer of 2008 we had. We hope to make it a tradition to make a new video to watch every year after every summer. We are looking forward to seeing you on next summer's 2009 video!

We had a wonderful summer this year with the Summer 2008 Olympics as our theme. Jon Fleistra and his amazing staff did an incredible job. Their spirit and enthusiasm was infectious. It was imposible to not have a good time with them running the show. From the sunset campfires with worship music and the incredible night sky to look at to the capture the flag games with face paint, Jon's staff made the summer of 2008 one to remember for years to come. Over forty young people asked Jesus Christ into their hearts for the very first time!

The Annual Laurel Pines Golf Tournament at Candlewood Country Club was a big success. Thank you to all who participated and supported Laurel Pines financially, while enjoying 18 holes at a private golf course. A big thank you goes out to Dave Fliestra who organized the whole event. Also thank you to all who bought raffle tickets. Quite a few people walked away with some pretty nice prizes after the delicious pasta dinner. Hope to see you all again next year. Keep checking this website or the LP Echo on when and where next year's golf tournament will be.

If it is solitude you seek, spend a quiet afternoon by the pool, or relax on the deck of the MAC overlooking the valley as you listen to the wind in the pines, then Laurel Pines is just for you. If you have a church youth group that needs a retreat for the weekend or needs a fully staffed program camp for a week in the summer, then Laurel Pines can be exactly what you are looking for. Or maybe you don't even attend a church, and you are just looking for a quality camp to send your son or daughter. Whatever the case, it will be our personal privilege serving you and making your stay one in which you will always fondly remember.

Laurel Pines Camp is a non-profit Christian organization that was originally started by the Reformed Church in 1973. Please pray about including Laurel Pines as part of your monthly tithing. It is now easier than ever to give. Just click the Donate Now tab on the left. All donations are tax deductable and a receipt in the mail will be sent to you shortly after we have received your generous gift. May God bless you.
